MPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SIGNING FOR THE GOODS - Your signature only relates to the ACCEPTANCE of the package and not to any DAMAGE of the goods. Please check the outer box visibly on arrival for any damage before signing. If it is bent or there is a hole in it plese sign for as damaged. If the driver will stop to let you check the contents of the box that is ideal but not always possible. Please open the box the SAME DAY and inspect the goods and let us know the same day of any problems because if damage is found later we cannot claim with the couriers.

DELIVERY: Delivery is one or two working days and costs just £7.95 but please bare with us at the present moment as short delays could occur. We do not despatch or deliver at weekends. The 'signed for' delivery is made on Monday - Friday by a reputable courier company. Our delivery prices are for UK mainland excluding highlands.

For offshore islands including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands the costs are more expensive. Scottish Highland deliveries are charged at £25.00 plus VAT and post codes include IV, KW1-KW74, PH19-PH26, PH30-PH50, PA36, 38, 39, 40, & 50. Deliveries for Northern Ireland cost £25.00 plus VAT. The Isle of Man deliveries cost £25.00 plus VAT, Isle of Wight £20.00 plus VAT and those for The Channel Isles cost £45.00 plus VAT. 

WE DO NOT EXPORT OR DELIVER TO OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK INCLUDING IRELAND.

Your delivery needs to be signed for (it cannot be left in a porch etc) and will be delivered usually the next working day from 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday. Weekend deliveries are not available. If you cannot be in to sign for your delivery we can deliver to another address which you can specify on the online order form. The couriers are unable to call you in advance.  

RETURNS: Please read the product descriptions carefully and ensure you are ordering the correct product and the correct size of frame. If you change your mind or order the wrong size of frame then there is a cost involved and WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS FROM DEILIVERY. We no longer accept any returns on the replacement pvc cover sheets.

Returning the goods is the customers responsibility and we suggest that you insure the delivery. Any returned goods must be in perfect re-sellable condition in the original packaging. We will refund your order less a restocking/warehousing/administration cost of £20.00 per order and less the original delivery cost. It all adds up so please check the required size on our size comparison chart if in doubt. Your statutory rights are not affected - namely that the description fits the goods, they are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. It is a condition of the order that you agree to our terms. If you are returning goods please email us for delivery instructions.

DAMAGE: Please send us a photo of the damaged packaging and the damaged goods the same day as received. This is evidence that we need to show the courier for compensation.

GENERAL: We assume that you will accept all liability in respect of use of the goods ordered. All products are warranted for 6 months against faulty component manufacture. Due to wear and tear certain items are not covered. Spare spring clips are available and spare plastic cover sheets can be purchased on our website. There is no minimum order charge. Prices do not include VAT.
